Structural timber and framing
Framing packs, joists, bearers, LVL and dressed lengths, kept dry, kept in order, and delivered in the sequence the carpenters will use them.
Operating since 2016
F & H Distributions carts timber, steel, brick, block and sheeting to builders, yards and job sites. Loads secured properly, drivers who know the run, and a delivery window your crew can actually plan around.
Building materials are heavy, awkward and easy to damage. Every load leaves the yard chocked, strapped and sheeted, and it gets put down where the crew actually needs it rather than wherever the truck happens to stop.

Framing packs, joists, bearers, LVL and dressed lengths, kept dry, kept in order, and delivered in the sequence the carpenters will use them.

Bar, mesh, purlins, lintels and structural sections. Heavy, unforgiving loads that need proper restraint and a driver who understands weight distribution.

Banded packs moved without chipping the faces, placed close to the bricklayers so the barrow run is short.

Long, awkward and easy to twist. Loaded flat, restrained across the span and unloaded straight onto the slab or the stack.

Plasterboard, lining, insulation, roof tiles, fixings and everything else that arrives on a pallet and has to stay on it.
Four steps, every job, whether it is one pack of frames or a full week of scheduled runs.
Tell us the load, the pickup, the site and the date. You get a price and a delivery window back, usually the same day.
The run gets planned around site access, crane time and traffic, not around what suits the truck.
Chocked, strapped and sheeted before it leaves. Nothing shifts between the yard gate and the site gate.
Placed where the crew needs it, docket signed, and confirmation back to you the same day it lands.
F & H Distributions started in 2016 moving building materials for a short list of builders who were tired of loads turning up late, short or damaged. That list grew the way it should have, by word of mouth from sites where the delivery arrived when it was promised.
The work has never been advertised. It has been earned, one docket at a time, and the same standard applies to a single pallet as it does to a full load.
Sydney is the home run and most work sits inside the metro and the south west corridor. Regional and interstate loads are taken on by arrangement.
Send the details through and you will have a price and a window back, usually the same day.
F & H Distributions is a building materials transport business, not a general courier. Everything below is work we do week in and week out, with gear and restraint suited to the load rather than whatever happened to be free.

Framing packs, joists, bearers, LVL, dressed timber and sheet flooring. Loaded so the pack the crew opens first is the pack that comes off first, and sheeted against the weather on every run.

Heavy, dense and easy to chip. Packs stay banded, get placed close to the work so the barrow run is short, and the driver checks the ground before setting anything down.

Bar, mesh, purlins, lintels, posts and structural sections. Weight distribution and restraint are the whole job here, and both are done to Australian load restraint standards on every load.

Board, insulation, roof tiles, fixings, fittings and the rest of the trade order. Pallets stay intact, wrap stays on, and nothing gets stood up against a wall to fall over later.

Long, flexible and easy to twist out of true. Carried flat, restrained across the span, and timed to land when there is somewhere to put them rather than a week before the slab is ready.

Surplus material moved between your own sites, gear brought back to the yard, and return loads picked up on a run that is already going that way so you are not paying for empty kilometres.
The parts of the job that decide whether a delivery helps the program or holds it up.
A window you can build the day around, with a call if anything on the road changes it.
First deliveries can be on site before the crew, so the trade is not standing around waiting on material.
Chocked, strapped and sheeted to Australian load restraint standards on every load, every time.
Narrow streets, half built driveways and shared sites. The access gets checked before the truck is sent.
Material goes where the crew needs it, close to the work and clear of the crane and the pour.
A signed docket and confirmation back to you the day the load lands, so the paperwork is never chasing the job.
Load, pickup, site and date is enough to price it. Anything unusual, just call and talk it through.
F & H Distributions was established in 2016 to do one thing properly: get building materials from the supplier to the site, intact and on time.
The business started small, with a short list of builders who were tired of loads arriving late, short or damaged, and tired of chasing someone who would not answer the phone. Doing the opposite of that turned out to be the whole business plan.
Since then the work has come almost entirely by referral. A site foreman moves to a new builder and calls us. A supplier recommends us because our drivers do not hold up their loading dock. That is a slower way to grow a transport business, and it is the reason the standard has never slipped.
Today F & H Distributions runs building materials across Sydney and New South Wales for residential builders, commercial contractors, trade suppliers and yards. The business is owner operated, which means the person who quotes your job is the person accountable for it landing correctly.
A delivery window is a commitment, not an estimate. If something on the road changes it, you hear about it from us before you hear about it from the site.
Trusses, reo and brick packs do not travel the same way. Restraint, sheeting and placement are matched to the material rather than to whatever is quickest to load.
Owner operated, so there is one number, one point of contact, and no queue between you and the person who can actually change the run.
Most of the work is repeat work, which is the only measure of a transport business that really counts.
